{schedule}, and in reminder and live emails {time} and {date} of the class.
A blank line starts a new paragraph. The button always opens the person's own class page.

Timer
Reminders need a timer that calls this address every 5 minutes (shared hosting can't wake itself up). A free service like cron-job.org does that; see the README, section "Emails". While Stagelight Studio is open, it stands in.

Signup email
Right after someone signs up
Sent right after someone signs up, with their personal link and buttons to add all classes to their calendar.
Reminder email
Before each class
Sent before each class to everyone who hasn't turned reminders off.
Live email
3 minutes after you go live
Sent 3 minutes after you go live to everyone who hasn't joined yet and hasn't turned reminders off.
